I. BED TRIAL – 90 Days from Purchase
- A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of applicable law may return a product purchased through the online store www.miaandlou.com under the conditions set out below.
- To exercise this right, the Consumer must submit a written declaration or send an email to biuro@miaandlou.pl within 90 days from the date of delivery of the goods purchased from the Seller. It is sufficient to send the declaration of the intention to return the goods before the expiry of the above-mentioned period. The reason for returning the purchased goods must be stated in the declaration.
- The Seller shall refund the payment made by the Consumer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the declaration of the intention to return the goods, excluding the shipping costs of the original order. The Customer is required to confirm the details necessary for processing the refund.
- The Seller does not cover the cost of returning the goods to the online store.
- The Seller will issue the refund using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer agrees to another method of refund as indicated in the return declaration referred to in Section 2.
- The Consumer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the intention to return the goods. The Consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.
- The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received from the Customer. The Consumer has 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the agreement to return the goods.
- Returned goods should be properly packed to prevent damage during transport. The returned goods must be in a condition suitable for further use, i.e. they must not show signs of excessive use (including permanently damaged slats, scratched or broken components, etc.). The goods must be returned complete, together with all documents issued at the time of sale, to the following address:

- The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
II. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – 14 Days from Purchase
- A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of applicable law has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract concluded through the online store www.miaandlou.com without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, the Consumer must submit a written declaration or send an email to biuro@miaandlou.pl within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods purchased from the Seller. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- The Seller shall refund the payment made by the Consumer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the declaration of withdrawal, excluding the shipping costs of the original order. The Customer is required to confirm the details necessary for processing the refund.
- The Seller does not cover the cost of returning the goods to the online store.

- The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
- In accordance with Article 38 of the applicable Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the provision of services, where the Seller has fully performed the service with the Consumer's express consent, and the Consumer was informed before the performance of the service that, once the service had been fully performed, the right of withdrawal would be lost;
- where the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated product manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalized to meet the Consumer's individual needs;
- where the subject of the contract is goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- where the subject of the contract is goods supplied in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- where the subject of the contract is goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
III. TRANSPORT DAMAGE AND PRODUCT DEFECTS – Within 7 Days of Delivery
- A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of applicable law and has made a purchase through the online store www.miaandlou.com has the right to request the replacement of product parts that were damaged during transport or found to be defective.
- To exercise this right, the Consumer must notify the Seller in writing or by email to biuro@miaandlou.pl immediately after discovering the defect and no later than 7 days after delivery of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration reporting the defect before the expiry of the above-mentioned period.
- A proper defect notification should include identification of the defective component according to the assembly instructions and photographs showing the damage.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will, at its own expense, send replacement parts free of defects without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving a properly completed defect notification.
- The Consumer is not required to return the defective parts to the Seller.
- The Consumer must not assemble or use a bed containing defective parts. Assembly or use of a bed with defective components constitutes grounds for rejecting the complaint.
- In justified cases, the Consumer may be requested to complete a damage claim form provided by the carrier responsible for transporting the goods in order to properly process the complaint.
- The Consumer is not entitled to a refund of the purchase price for a defective product unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
