- Orders placed in the online store are processed by the Seller in the order they are received, within the timeframe specified on the relevant product page.
- The maximum order processing time is 21 days (calculated from the date the payment is received until the order is dispatched), i.e. 21 days.
- The order processing time is not the same as the delivery time to the address specified by the Customer. The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. Delivery times may change due to circumstances on the carrier's side, over which the Seller has no control.
- Goods ordered for delivery within the Republic of Poland are shipped to the address provided by the Customer via DPD, InPost, or GLS, according to the Customer’s choice. The Store reserves the right to change the shipping method selected by the Customer if the package exceeds the permitted weight limit for the chosen shipping service.
- Goods ordered for delivery outside the Republic of Poland (within the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland) are shipped exclusively via GLS. The Seller offers delivery only to selected countries listed on the Online Store’s website.
- Upon receiving the parcel containing the ordered goods, the Customer should check the condition of the shipment.
- If the Customer fails to collect the parcel within the specified time due to reasons attributable to the Customer, the Seller will resend the parcel only after the Customer has paid the shipping costs again.
- If the Customer fails to collect the shipment within the specified time due to reasons attributable to the Customer and subsequently withdraws from the purchase, the Seller will refund the Customer the amount paid for the ordered goods, less the shipping costs.
